if this indeed is a real post ...i would have to say that i hant hered of nano vapor nor creadex, but muscle tech is just ok.
im assuming creadex is your creatine?
and nano vapor is mabe a hemodiolator?(enlarges capilaries for bigger pump,blood flow, and helps with absobtion of creatine ect.)
what are you trying to do? get bigger ? stronger? tone up?
as for your wk out time...you are working out too long. you should really only work out for about 1-115hrs
you should pick 2 muscle groups, ie back /bis and do 3-4 dif exsersizes from 3-4 sets of ten, and as you progress switch it up so your last set is heavy but no less than 4-6 reps.
as for protien, you want to eat what you want to weigh. ie you want to be 185 eat 185-190 g of protien. carbs and fatty foods wont matter for you as (not talking shit) you are thin already.
caleries if you are trying to bulk up you will want to eat no less than around 3500-6k cal.
and not to say that you havnt gained 14#s in a month but unless you are on steroids or prohormones it seems to be allitle high.
