so garry what are your thoughts on muscletech NaNo Vapor and Creadex

I usually take the Nano about 30-45 min before work out and follow up with the 2nd serving of Creadex (4 pills per serving 2x daily) i take 1 serving in the morning and 1 right after my main work-out (usually around 7pm since i work out from 5-7-7:30 pm daily) plus the normal army "PT"

so far have gained 14lbs over the past month not too bad since its always been hard for me to gain due to a very high metabolism.

im also eating a ton of prot. / starches and of course drinking a ungodly amount of water daily.

if this indeed is a real post ...i would have to say that i hant hered of nano vapor nor creadex, but muscle tech is just ok.

im assuming creadex is your creatine?

and nano vapor is mabe a hemodiolator?(enlarges capilaries for bigger pump,blood flow, and helps with absobtion of creatine ect.)

what are you trying to do? get bigger ? stronger? tone up?

as for your wk out time...you are working out too long. you should really only work out for about 1-115hrs
you should pick 2 muscle groups, ie back /bis and do 3-4 dif exsersizes from 3-4 sets of ten, and as you progress switch it up so your last set is heavy but no less than 4-6 reps.

as for protien, you want to eat what you want to weigh. ie you want to be 185 eat 185-190 g of protien. carbs and fatty foods wont matter for you as (not talking shit) you are thin already.

caleries if you are trying to bulk up you will want to eat no less than around 3500-6k cal.

and not to say that you havnt gained 14#s in a month but unless you are on steroids or prohormones it seems to be allitle high.

in teh future, dont make garry type out long posts, spelling fail overload...



i drink muscle milk lite after i lift fairly heavily. but i make sure i burn the calories off during the workout to offset the muscle milk

im goin through around 4500 cal a day currently and only working 1-2 areas a day (today was tri/bi) tomorrow will be a ab day and lower back long term goal is 185-190 but mainly im just trying to add a little more weight and increase body mass and tone up (already toned but want more definition) and staying away from the juice they detect on piss tests. lol

You're not supposed to work triceps and biceps the same day. Do like tricep-chest one day and biceps-back the other day. Those muscle groups work together. Also if you overwork your muscles your arms will be completely useless. Jus say'n

there is nothing wrong with working oposit muscle groups. matter a fact when going big you can see very good results when doing so.

working same muscle groups is best for beginners and first starting back into a routine.

muscle milk is one id satay away from if trying to loose the weight..even if bulking. it is very fatening.

you want to look at how a drink is deliverying it sups to you..through fatt,carbs,sugar ect.

did not read ,just glanced , but i will read latter today.

but as for a creatine, you want to take it in a liquid form for best absorbtion. you tend to not get all or everything from pill form.. why ...cause your body has to break it down first ,proces it and then distribute it.

liquid does not. its absorbed imiediatly into your system.

I'll post later. My routine is pretty complicated and involved. I've been lifting for 10 years have a natural body weight with low low fat of about 170-180lb. Currently at 250lb but my waist is 36-37in and should be 35 (if very cut), shooting for 260lb or a much more cut 250lb...

For one I don't need 4-5k cals to bulk, 3k works fine. I'd rather grow slower and get less of the dense fat that comes with a bulk cyc. Also I have never done much more then 200-230 grams of protein a day.
