HIIT is not for me

I'll be honest i cant stay with it. I'd much rather do 20 minutes of paced cardio than 10 of extreme. I've been eating extremely good and i've lost about 3% bodyfat since i started in Jan.
Not exactly where i wanted to be by summer, but hey its better than staying where i was. My bench has gone from 225 up to 315 since then. And my 6pack is starting to show itself through the fat.
